Ordering
CHECKING ORDER STATUSYou may check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.
CANCELATIONS
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact Raven Kauffman Couture Customer Service by email at customerservice@ravenkauffman.com. Customer service can be reached by phone at 213.622.3525, Monday through Friday between 10am and 5pm PST.
PAYMENT METHODS
Ravenkauffman.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Credit cards must have a US billing address. We cannot accept JCB at this time. Ravenkauffman.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE
From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will only be added to orders shipping to California. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
EMAILS RELATED TO ORDERING
We will communicate information about your order by email.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders placed on ravenkauffman.com will be charged a $20.00 fee on top of the shipping charge for customs paperwork. International orders are not returnable.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please note: all orders require a 24-48 hour processing time regardless of selected shipping method.
All orders will ship within 76 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
Shipping
We currently offer three shipping methods:
UPS Standard Ground Service
Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after processing.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery within 2 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery within 1 business day after processing.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:
• International shipping
• Saturday delivery
• Delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico cannot be sent using UPS Ground service. During checkout you must choose from our UPS Air services.
Ravenkauffman.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Please note: Raven Kauffman Couture items will be shipped separately from RAVEN raven kauffman couture Everyday Exotics items. If you have ordered from both collections, your items will arrive in separate cartons, but you will only be charged one shipping fee.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
POLICIES
Please note, all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Sample sale items are not returnable.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days
from date of receipt. Sale merchandise can be returned for store credit
only within 7 days from date of receipt.
if you are not satisfied with your full-price purchase, please email customerservice@ravenkauffman.com for a Return Authorization number. Once your email has been confirmed and you have received your RMA#, place your unworn item in a box with all original packaging, including the original invoice. Please be sure to include your RMA#, order number and name on the outside of your return. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Raven Kauffman Couture reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for return transactions to appear on your credit card statement.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments will only be honored within 7 days of the date the order was placed. If you have a valid request for a price adjustment, please contact customer service by email at
customerservice@ravenkauffman.com or by phone at 213.622.3525.
SHIPPING ERRORS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please contact Raven Kauffman Couture Customer Service by email at customerservice@ravenkauffman.com or by phone at 213.622.3525.
EXCHANGES
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want within the return time limits described and place a new order on ravenkauffman.com. You may place your reorder at any time.
GIFT RETURN
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on ravenkauffman.com, you may exchange the merchandise for a Gift Certificate or you can choose to refund the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. Please contact Raven Kauffman Couture Customer Service at customerservice@ravenkauffman.com to acquire a return authorization number and return authorization form. Please indicate your choice in the Comments section of the return authorization form.
RAVEN KAUFFMAN COUTURE ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Raven Kauffman Couture merchandise may not be returned to ravenkauffman.com.
REFUNDS
Raven Kauffman Couture will refund the original form of payment or provide you with a store credit according to our policies outlined above.
We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

REPAIR POLICYRaven Kauffman Couture is happy to handle repairs at any time that result from a manufacturing defect (such as broken hardware). However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERSAt this time, ravenkauffman.com does not ship outside of the United States. However, several international credit card companies do offer a forwarding service that allows customers outside the United States to place orders with us. Please contact your credit card company for more information.
Ravenkauffman.com does accept international credit cards with US shipping addresses.
